Servicing
We carry out all servicing according to manufacturers specification, which along with our own stringent standards and the use of original equipment parts allows us to offer a very high quality service.

Cambelts
Cambelts on the vag "pd" diesel engine must be changed @ 80.000 miles or 4 years on most models (some models are 100.000). This is very important as failure of the belt will lead to extensive engine damage, we also recommend the tensioners and the water pump along with the coolant should be changed at the same time, as failure of the plastic impeller water pump is very common. The vag 1.8t engine requires a full belt inspection @ 60.000 or 4 years and replacement of the water pump is essential on this engine as failure is very common and can cause head gasket problems.

Wheel arch rolling
We offer a wheel arch rolling service using a polyurethane wheeled Sard arch roller, we can also offer up to a 15mm flare on most models.

Coilover fitting
We can fit and set up your coilovers using our aligment equipment.

Wheel alignment
We are able to set and adjust camber toe and caster on most vehicles.

Performance re mapping
We offer performance re mapping for a wide variety of vehicles, please enquire about your vehicle.

In car upgrades
We can supply and fit oem cruise control, Bluetooth, parking sensors and anything else including alarms.

Engine conversions/building
We have carried out various engine conversions from an Audi tt engine into a mk2 golf through to a full race spec 106gti engine into a series1 106 Rallye.

General repairs

Console bush upgrade
We offer a specific upgrade for the Fabia/Ibiza/Polo front suspension, we can replace the flawed split console bush for a solid rubber mounting, and also upgrade the surrounding bushes with powerflex polyurethane bushes, all for a very competitive price.
