We are now using leading workshop management software to oversee all operations under a single platform, allowing our customers to receive reminders and access their vehicle records with ease.

What Does This Mean For Our Customers?

Introducing new, state-of-the-art software to our workshop not only allows us to refine our operations but also provides our customers with a host of new perks. These include the following:

  • Automatic Reminders: Our customers can now sign up to receive automated SMS or email reminders when their MOT and service are due, allowing plenty of time to make a booking in advance.
  • Full Vehicle History: Our workshop management software allows us to keep a detailed log of all of the work we have completed on our customer’s vehicles, along with the specific parts used, in one place, making the information more accessible than ever.
  • Share Photos & Videos: We now have the ability to share photos and videos with our customers; these can be of failed components or the overall condition of their vehicle.
